The vineyard spreads across the communes of PANZOULT and CRAVANT LES COTEAUX

Soil : Argilo-calcareous and argilo-arenaceous

Grape varieties : 100 % cabernet franc

Pruning : Guyot simple

Density : 4500 plants per hectare

Harvesting : By machine with sorting prior to vatting

VINIFICATION

Heat-regulated fermentation room : 3,000 hl stainless steel

Maceration : Between 10 and 20 days - Fermentation temperature : 28 – 32 °C

Maturation in barrels : (oak casks) 6 to 8 months for special vintages

Filtration : Lightly filtered before bottling
